Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
2 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream butter and sugars in large bowl.
Add eggs and beat in pumpkin.
Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and baking soda in small bowl.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Mix until just blended.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
