Cream Cheese Pie Without A Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 lb. butter (5 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.)
    12 pkg. sweetener (Equal, Sugar Twin, Splenda)
    1 small egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    juice of a small lemon (optional, for tangy flavor)
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and butter.
    Add sweetener.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Whip the cream and fold into mixture.
    Pour into 6 single-serving custard cups.
    Chill at least 6 hours.
    It can be frozen.
    Serve with fresh strawberries.
