Beans With Molasses, Catsup And Pork(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (4 c.) dried beans
    1/2 lb. salt pork, sliced
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. bottled hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. catsup
    water (enough so water is 1/2-inch above beans)
Preparation
    Place beans in a large bowl or pot.
    Cover with cold water and soak overnight.
    Drain beans.
