Homemade Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (self-rising)
1/3 c. Crisco
1/2 c. broth (hot)
Preparation

Put Crisco in bowl; add hot broth and stir until Crisco is melted.
Then add flour.
Make a ball and roll out and cut in strips.
Add to boiling broth.
One can cream of chicken soup makes it better.
