Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 grated carrot
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. yellow squash, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 carton sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Cook vegetables 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add soup and sour cream. Melt butter in casserole dish with 1/2 of dressing.
    Add vegetables and soup mixture.
    Cover top with remaining dressing. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
