Ortega Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 can diced chillies
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Cut Velveeta (dental floss works really well for this) in half lengthwise.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Spread with cream cheese and green chilies.
    Roll up; refrigerate.
    Serve with wheat thins.
