Grapelets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1 c. grape puree
    1 1/2 c. grape puree
    4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Let 1 cup puree and Knox gelatine soak for 30 minutes.
    In large kettle, add remaining ingredients.
    Boil until thick. While it boils, use a wooden spoon to skim foam.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3/4 cup chopped nuts.
    Put in buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Let stand overnight.
    Cut in little squares and roll in powdered sugar.
