Mocha Nut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft butter
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. instant coffee powder
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla until light.
    Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Add nuts. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake in preheated slow oven at 325\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Cool and roll in confectioners sugar. Yields 6 dozen.
