Aunt Ruthie'S Chili Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) can green chilies, split, rinsed and seed removed
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Grease square casserole pan.
    Cover with Jack cheese and then Cheddar cheese.
    Add flour and milk to beaten eggs, blending together.
    Add to casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with tomato sauce and heat through.
