Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 (6 oz.) links Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water until thick; add butter, seasonings and cheese, stirring until melted.
    Beat eggs lightly and stir into grits mixture.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    (Placing a sheet of foil under the pan seems to prevent it from sticking.)
