Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. extra lean chopped meat
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. rice (instant or regular)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    pepper
    salt as needed
Preparation
    Grease pan with canola oil.
    Also rub a little oil on top of meat loaf to form a crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Then at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
