In-A-Hurry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. very warm water
2 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
5 to 5 1/2 c. bread flour
margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine water, yeast and sugar, and let stand for 10 minutes. Add salt, oil and 5 cups flour and knead (adding other 1/2 cup, if needed).
Place dough in greased bowl, cover and let rise in slightly warm oven until double in size.
Punch down and allow to rest 15 to 20 minutes.
Divide in half and shape in 2 greased loaf pans.
Brush loaves with margarine and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from pans immediately.
Yields 2 loaves.
