Crab And Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

1 Pillsbury pie crust
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10 oz.)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 plain yogurt (8 oz.)
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can crab meat, well drained and flaked (6 1/2 oz.)
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (4 1/2 oz.)
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare crust, following directions for 9-inch shell.
Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until set.
Place on wire rack.
Cook spinach, following label directions and drain and squeeze out excess water.
Beat eggs with yogurt, flour, salt and pepper in medium size bowl.
Stir in spinach and crab meat.
Sprinkle mushrooms, cheese and onions over crust.
Pour in spinach mixture.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
