Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. hot Italian turkey sausage, casing removed
    2 sm. zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced (about 2 cups)
    1 med. onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes (about 1 3/4 cups)
    3 oz. spaghetti, broken into 1 inch pieces (about 3/8 cup)
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Spray 2-quart casserole dish with vegetable spray.
