Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 8-inch two crust pie
    4 c. sliced, peeled apples
    1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Line pie plate with one uncooked pie crust.
    Set aside.
    Mix apples, apple juice concentrate, cornstarch and spices.
    Stir until apples are well coated.
    Add lemon juice.
