Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thick buttermilk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
