Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1 jar Old English cheese spread (sharp)
1 stick margarine
dash or two garlic salt
chopped pecans or almonds
Preparation
-
Have all ingredients at room temperature and mix well.
Form into two balls or logs and roll in chopped nuts.
Chill until firm.
Wrap in plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until served.
