3 to 4 lb. chuck roast (cheap cuts with bones, blade cut are better than boneless)
1 (16 oz.) can beef broth
1 can beer
1 jar pepperoni (juice and all)
1 or 2 onions, sliced
salt and pepper
garlic powder
crushed oregano
Preparation

Use a 9 x 13-inch baking pan covered with foil or a crock-pot. Sprinkle both sides of meat with spices and salt and pepper. Place onion slices and pepperoni on top.
