Greek Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. combination yellow squash, zucchini and green squash, cut into bite sized pieces
1 1/2 c. green beans, cut into pieces
3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped
1/3 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. dill (fresh or dried)
1/4 c. Feta cheese
2 Tbsp. dry cooking sherry
Preparation

Heat olive oil and garlic; stir in vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add dill and cooking sherry; stir-fry another 1 to 2 minutes.
Add Feta cheese; cover the pot and remove from heat. Let cook in own heat for 2 to 5 minutes.
