Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice
    1 c. coconut
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and nuts.
    Then add remaining ingredients and blend carefully by hand.
    Stir just until blended.
    Place in 2 well-greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test with toothpick for doneness.
