Cottage Cheese Puff Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 1/8 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
In a saucepan, heat cheese over low heat until lukewarm.
Add sugar, salt, soda and eggs; stir into yeast mixture.
Slowly add flour and mix in until dough cleans the bowl.
Let double in a warm place.
