Vegetable Pizza(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/4 head cauliflower
    1/2 bunch broccoli
    1 stalk celery
    1 green or red sweet pepper
    1 cucumber
    3 tomatoes
    1 carrot
    fresh mushrooms (as desired)
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls out on a 13 x 18-inch pan.
    Pinch edges together to make solid.
    Bake as directed on package; cool.
    Mix together cream cheese and Ranch dressing; spread on baked crust. Chop vegetables into small pieces; spread on top of cream cheese. Cut into small bite size pieces.
