Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pastry for a 2-crust pie
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    Dash of salt and cinnamon
    5 to 7 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Line pie plate with bottom crust.
    Melt butter; add sugar, flour, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon and mix well.
    Place peaches in crust-lined pie plate and cover with butter and brown sugar mixture.
    Add top crust, cut slits for venting, and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until peaches are tender and filling is bubbly in center.
