Green Pepper Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, chunk or cubes
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. green onions, sliced
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Cut beef into thin strips 1/8-inch thick.
    Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and beef.
    Toss and set aside.
