Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    2 c. hot water
    6 pork chops
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine rice, seasoned package rice mix and hot water.
    Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Set aside.
    Sprinkle pork chops with pepper.
    Place over rice mix.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover casserole.
    Combine celery soup and milk.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake another 15 minutes uncovered.
