Low-Fat Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. rolled oats
1 c. Grape Nuts cereal
3/4 c. peanuts
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. low calorie pancake syrup
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine oats, Grape Nuts and peanuts.
Combine vegetable oil, water, salt, vanilla and syrup.
Pour over cereal mixture.
Mix to coat.
Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir frequently.
Cool and add raisins.
Store in airtight containers. Makes 32 (1/4 cup) servings.
