Ground Beef Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/3 sticks margarine, melted
    1 small pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
    1 1/3 c. hot water
    1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion (and celery if desired).
    Blend margarine, stuffing and water.
    In a 2-quart casserole, layer the meat mixture with stuffing, 1/2 meat, all stuffing, remaining 1/2 meat.
    Blend 1/4 cup water with soup and pour over casserole. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.
