German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    4 strips bacon
    1 chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. water
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
    Fry bacon and add onion, sugar and flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add vinegar and water to the mixture over fire.
    Add parsley (for color), salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour liquid over diced potatoes.
    Let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
    Warm before serving.
    Serves 6.
