Low Cholesterol Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 c. diced green pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken strips, onion and garlic in oil until done.
    Add tomatoes, sauce seasonings and ground pepper.
    Bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
