Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 large box instant Jell-O pudding (any flavor)
    60 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
    1 stick melted butter
    Cool Whip (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the finely crushed crackers and the melted butter. Mix well and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine the ice cream and instant pudding; mix well and spread over crust.
    Can be kept overnight in the refrigerator.
    When ready to serve, use Cool Whip.
