Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large (14 1/2 oz.) can green chilies, seeded and chopped
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 small cans or 1 large can tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced black olives
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook beef.
    Add onions, garlic powder, tomato sauce and olives.
    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies.
    Crush tortilla chips.
    Place a third of the chips in bottom of 2 1/2 quart casserole.
    Layer in order with half the meat mixture, half the sour cream mixture and half the grated cheese; repeat layers, ending with final third of crushed tortilla chips.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
