Microwave Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. shredded cheese
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni; set aside.
    Melt butter in a 2-quart glass casserole in microwave (about 1 minute on High).
    Add flour, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook, uncovered, for 6 minutes at High; stir every 2 minutes.
    Add cheese to sauce; stir.
    Cook, uncovered, in microwave 1 minute at High.
    Add cooked macaroni to cheese sauce; mix.
    Cook, uncovered, in microwave 8 minutes at Medium-high.
    Stir halfway through cooking period.
    Makes 6 servings.
