Ingredients

1 c. light cream
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix until smooth.
Bake in waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.
Makes 10 to 12 waffles.
