Corn Beef Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 or 4 green onions (tops and all)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 pkg. thin sliced corned beef, chopped in very small pieces
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Add other ingredients and mix well. Make into ball or long roll.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until time to serve.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
