Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. grated orange rind
1 1/2 c. whole cranberries
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift the first 5 ingredients.
Combine the egg, melted butter, hot water, orange juice and orange rind.
Add to dry ingredients; stir until moistened.
Add the whole cranberries and chopped walnuts.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0 in 2 well-greased 1-pound loaf pans or one 2-pound loaf pan.
Chill, wrap and refrigerate or freeze.
