German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick oleo, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
Mix cake according to directions and pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix together cream cheese, melted oleo and powdered sugar.
Spread over batter.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
After cake cools 10 minutes, turn out on pan or board.
