Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    water
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into flour and salt.
    Beat egg in measuring cup and add ice water to equal 1/2 cup.
    Pour in vinegar; mix well.
    Add to flour mixture and mix until flour is moist.
    Chill.
    Divide dough into 3 balls (makes 3 crusts).
    Roll to desired size of pan. Unused portion may be frozen.
    Frozen dough will roll and handle better than when first mixed.
