Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. cold margarine or butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine flour and confectioners sugar, cut in butter until crumbly.
Press into bottom of lightly buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder and lemon juice.
Pour over crust, top with coconut.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool, cut into bars and store in refrigerator.
