Singapore Green Rice(Chinese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice (not Minute rice)
    1 bunch green onions, chopped (tops too)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. parsley, chopped
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Take cup of raw rice and cook it. Add eggs, milk, salad oil, Tabasco sauce, salt and Cheddar cheese to rice, mixing well. Add rice mixture to green vegetables; mix well. Pour into a large buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese (if desired) and paprika. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes. May be prepared a day in advance and cooked before needed.
