Vegetarian Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped cucumber
1/4 c. chopped tomato
1/4 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. chopped zucchini
1/4 c. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. cauliflower
1/4 c. chopped radishes
10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 lb. creamy cole slaw
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Lay out 2 tortilla shells, overlapping all but 2 inches.
Have the top shell close to you.
Spread 1/4 to 3/8 inch slaw over tortilla shell, leaving 1 inch bare on sides.
Sprinkle each vegetable and cheese over cole slaw.
Wrap very tightly, compressing edges well as you roll up.
