Ham And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    12 oz. cooked ham, cubed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped pimentos
    dash of: Worcestershire, soy, garlic powder, salt and pepper
    1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, and margarine.
    Add soup, wine, mustard, pimentos and seasonings.
    Heat, add ham.
    Just before serving, add sour cream and pineapple.
    Serve over rice.
