Baked Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork and veal, cubed
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. onions
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can drained bean sprouts
Preparation
    Brown meat until tender; add onions and celery and saute for a few minutes longer.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Turn into casserole.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with a tossed salad and French bread.
