Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up, or 4 chicken breasts
1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Mix together soups and rice and put in baking dish.
Save 2 or 3 spoonfuls to spread over top of chicken.
Push chicken down in mixture and spoon remaining rice mixture over top.
Some water may need to be added to soup mixture to keep from getting dry.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
