Garlic Roasted Potatoes(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
1/2 c. butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, quartered
salt to taste
pepper to your taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to hot 450\u00b0.
Melt butter and cook garlic for 2 minutes.
Toss potatoes with garlic butter, salt, pepper and onions.
Pour onto heavy cookie sheets, leaving room around each piece, to allow heat to cook evenly.
Roast, turning after 15 minutes, until all sides are crisp and golden brown, about 45 minutes.
