Beef Roast In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. eye of round
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine in medium bowl with wire whisk the soups and soup mix. On a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, pour 1/2 of the soup mixture; place meat on top.
    Spread the meat with remaining soup mixture.
    Wrap the meat tightly.
    Bake the roast at 350\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
    Remove the gravy to a saucepan; add 2 tablespoons sour cream, if desired, and serve over sliced meat.
