Individual Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    18 vanilla wafers
    1 (18 oz.) can pie filling
Preparation
    Soften cheese to room temperature.
    Whip together first 4 ingredients.
    Place wafers in bottom of cupcake papers.
    Fill 3/4 full with whipped mix.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Top with pie filling and store in refrigerator.
