Oysters Rockefeller - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. spinach, uncooked
1/2 c. parsley
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1 Tbsp. Pernod liqueur
1/8 tsp. red pepper (optional)
18 oysters on half shell
Preparation

Melt
butter
in
saucepan.
Add bread crumbs.\tCombine all ingredients together in blender.
Mix on high speed until mixture is\tsmooth.
Top oysters with 1 tablespoon of mixture and broil for
3
and
4
minutes or until lightly browned or oysters are thoroughly heated.
