Cauliflower Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. box each frozen cauliflower, broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 each seasoned salt and pepper
    2 c. hot milk
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 oz. jar pimiento
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    10 soda crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook frozen veggies as directed; drain.
    Put in 2-quart casserole.
    Melt butter; stir in flour and seasonings until smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in milk.
    Stir over low heat until thick.
    Sprinkle onion, pimiento and cheese over vegetables. Pour sauce over all.
    Sprinkle with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
