Broccoli-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 10 oz. pkg frozen broccoli (or use fresh)
1 16 oz. can cream style corn
1 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed; drain.
Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1-qt. casserole.
Sprinkle 1/4 c.
cracker crumbs on top and drizzle 1 Tbsp. melted butter over crumbs.
