Cherry Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 graham crackers
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar (I prefer 1/3 c.)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Crush crackers; add melted butter and sugar.
Put in baking dish or pie pan; press firmly.
Beat soft cream cheese with mixer. Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually.
Then add eggs and beat at high speed until smooth.
Pour over cracker crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove and cool.
When cool, add pie filling.
Chill 3 hours or overnight.
